Virtual Tours aren’t just for the rich and beautiful

By pruzacktraining

We were conducting an in-office training workshop yesterday and were focusing on how to sell the positive beneifits and features of virtual tours.  Prudential Zack Shore Properties, www.pruzack.com , has been working very closely with a cutting edge virtual tour provider, www.obeo.com , and they regularly participate in our training sessions.  We were reviewing their latest features to their site.  These features include full screen viewing capability, a floorplan/space designer that helps you position furniture in a room and a really cool feature called style designer.  The style designer allows you to change wall, floor and trim colors in all rooms and in kitchen it allows the changing of color for cabinets and counters.

What I mean when I say the virtual tours aren’t for the rich and beautiful is that these capabilities can take a hum drum looking house and really let the buyer customize it with their favorite color patterns, make sure their furniture will fit and then, if it all looks good, call our associate and set up an appoitment to preview the property.

Are you using virtual tours to capture more listings in all price ranges?  If so, how?  I look forward to your feedback.  Check out my site whenever you can, www.ricmartelrealestate.com .
