Business Conference in New Orleans, LA

What a great convention we just attended.  There were some interesting lectures given on personal marketing, use of the web for better efficiency as well as a fantastic workshop on coaching sales/broker associates.  The big trick is not just getting started but consistently meeting with your coach and making progress week-in and week-out. 

I am going to be extended the coaching service throughout Prudential Zack over the next few months.  I will be utilizing some great ideas I picked up from Tom Ferry, he is the director of a fantastic coaching service based on the West Coast.  Please let me know if you are interested in hearing more about the program.
